Leumit's "Online Pediatrician Service" allows our customers to consult a pediatrician when the medical centers are closed, without leaving home. The service allows you to receive the best and most thorough, personal medical treatment with high availability.

The online pediatrician service offers a medical consultation via phone call, video call or a guided medical examination using a TYTO device.

When talking to the hotline, or logging in through the website or the app, you will be asked to fill out a form, and mark if you want a medical consultation through a phone or video call, and schedule a time for the consultation meeting. The pediatrician will contact you at the requested time (within half an hour of the scheduled time).
A telephone or video consultation session includes a conversation with the pediatrician, consultation and answering of questions, and receiving instructions for further treatment according to the reported symptoms.

Comprehensive remote guided medical examination and consultation using the TYTO device. Customers with a TYTO device can schedule a consultation with the doctor through the TYTO app. At the designated appointment time (within half an hour of the application) the doctor will contact you.
A guided consultation with the TYTO device allows for a comprehensive examination of the child by the doctor. As per doctor's instructions, the parents can use the accompanying accessories to examine the ears and throat, listen to the lungs, stomach and heart, take temperature and photograph skin lesions. The information is transmitted via the app directly to the doctor.

The TYTO device can be purchased through our "Meds to your door" service, via the Leumit website and app. The TYTO device will reach you within 2-5 working days, with a nominal shipping fee of only NIS 9. The TYTO device and app allow parents to run medical tests, guided by a doctor, from anywhere and at any time, without having to leave the house or go to the call center.
After the end of the counseling session (by phone, video or using the TYTO device), the information will be entered into your child's medical file at Leumit, by the treating physician. You can view referrals, prescriptions and a visit summary on the Leumit website or in the app.
