You can contact your doctor up to 3 times a quarter to renew prescriptions for regular medications.
To do so, enter the Leumit application, and select the option of "Prescription Renewal" - חידוש מרשם. For a new prescription, select "New request" - פניה חדשה and a list of all the prescription drugs that have been issued will open. Choose the desired medicine, and click finish and send.
Your prescription will be renewed within 4 working days.
Upon completion of the request, you will receive a notification to your e-mail and an SMS to the phone registered in Leumit's system.

The upcoming appointments for each available doctor will be displayed.
Click on the green "make appointment" button - זמן תור next to the requested doctor, and choose the desired treatment path - Leumit doctors or consultants in the supplementary insurance - Leumit Silver and Gold.
A schedule will open with the available options.
Choose the desired date and time, and decide whether you want to make an appointment in person, by clicking "Appointment at the clinic"- זמן למרפאה, or a phone appointment with the doctor, by clicking "Appointment via phone" - זמן לטלפון.
After entering the "Manage appointments" - ניהול תורים screen, the list of scheduled appointments will be displayed.
You can click on "appoinment details" - פרטי תור to view additional information, including location, date and time, map and directions.
You can cancel an appointment if necessary.
It is possible to schedule a new appointment directly from the screen.

Waiting for your blood or urine test results?
As soon as the results are available, you’ll receive a notification, and you’ll be able to view them through the Leumit website or app.
Simply tap "Test Results" on the app's home screen to easily navigate between lab test results and imaging results (X-ray and ultrasound).
By selecting a specific test, you’ll see the values and their meanings, read more about the test, and even compare results from previous tests.
