Off hour medical services
Medical emergencies do not necessarily occur during our convenient hours. Sometimes your child wakes up with pain or a high fever in the middle of the night, sometimes we fall and get injured on Shabbat or on a holiday, and sometimes we don't remember the dose of medicine that needs to be taken and must urgently consult a nurse, even during non-working hours.
It is precisely because of these moments that we have prepared the following information for you.
The service is active 24 hours a day, including Saturdays and holidays, and is provided free of charge.
In order to contact a the medcial consultation center, please phone the customer service center at 1-700-507507, or *507, and press the "Medical Consultation Center" option in the call router.
At the call center you can get information what to do when you have a fever, how to act in cases of injury, advice before going to the emergency room/center, and more. In the event that you are referred to the emergency room or the center, the referral will be transferred directly will wait for you there.
The service is active during the hours when the medical centers are closed - evenings, weekends and holidays.

Sunday-Thursday, from 19:00 in the evening until 06:00 in the morning the next day
Friday from 13:00 until Sunday at 06:00 in the morning
Holiday evenings, from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the day after the holiday
Appointment scheduling and access to the online pediatrician service are done through the Leumit website, the app or the customer service center, by calling *507. You can choose between medical consultation via phone call or medical consultation via video call, and choose a preferred time.

Appointment coordination is done directly through the Tyto app.
The pediatrician will contact you within half an hour of the requested slot.

You may contact one of Leumit's emergency night centers on your own accord, or after receiving a referral from a medical proffessional.
The service involves paying a deductible. If a referral was made to due to one of the reasons for the exemption, as madanated by the Ministery of Health, no deductible will be paid.
The service is provided during the hours/days when the medical centers are closed.

You can summon the doctor to your home between half an hour before the start of service hours to half an hour before the end of service hours.

In the case of foreign workers/tourists, ordering the service will only be done through a referral from the Leumit customer service center, at 1700-507507.

Leumit Gold and Silver customers are entitled to a discount for the service.
Medical treatment provided in an emergency room involves the payment of an fee in accordance with the state health law. The amount depends on the time of day.
You have a variety of solutions available during the day and night, such as telephone medical consultation, emergency centers and house calls. In any emergency, you should first turn to Leumit's 24/7 Medical Consultation Call Center.
After receiving a referral to the emergency room, it will be transferred directly to the ER, free of charge.
If you decide to go to the emergency room independently (without a referral), you will be asked to sign a form in which you undertake to deliver Form 17 to the hospital. The payment must be arranged at the medical center where you are being treated.
Referral to the emergency room is paid according to the health basket law.
There is a list of reasons that grant exemption from payment. If you are eligible, you will be exempt from payment.
