Ordering medicines to your home - how does it work?

1. After receiving the digital prescription from the doctor, go into your "personal area" on the Leumit website or in the application and press on "Medications to the house" (in Hebrew). Please note, you can contact the doctor and request a renewal of prescriptions up to 3 times per quarter.
2. Now, you can browse the prescriptions, choose the medicines and the prescriptions you want to buy for you and your childen, and specify in what quantity.
3. Personal details, payment details (payment is made by credit card only) and date of arrival must be entered. It is important to remember that the delivery of the medicines will be made only to the client or a proxy on their behalf.

Consulting a pharmacist 

When ordering prescription drugs, and as a condition for approval by the  pharmacy, you are required to go through a pharmacutical consultation. It's imperative you answer the set questions when placing the order. It is the responsibility of the pharmacist to decide if a telephone call is required to complete information.
In addition, at any stage you may have a phone consultation. Our pharmacists are be happy to be at your service and provide information about the purpose of the medicine, how to use it, possible side effects and interactions with other medicines.

Delivery of medicines to your door

The medications will arrive at your home (or any address you choose in the area where the service is provided) at a shipping cost of only NIS 9.

• Deliveries are held Sunday - Thursday.
• Telephone orders can be made through the customer service center.
• Please note! Leumit customers aged 65 and over are entitled to 3 free deliveries every calendaric month.

The "Medications to your door" service is carried out in compliance with the Ministry of Health's procedures for online sales and with the approval for distribution of medicines, procedures 126 and 128 of the Ministry of Health.

"Medicines to your door" service is provided nationwide. In many toens and cities you may also place orders for non-prescription drugs and other pharmaceutical products, this service will gradually be extended to the whole country.
