Filing a claim using the "Clal's Button" application

"Clal PAY" is a loaded digital card issued as part of the foreign travel insurance of Clal Insurance and Finances, with which you can pay in real time for medical expenses in private clinics abroad, private doctors and pharmacies, up to a limited ceiling, subject to the terms of the policy and the terms of use of the companies .
The service is provided through the "Clal's Button" application, for supporting devices.
*The service in the "Clal PAY" is subject to the approval of the insured during the purchase process.

Immediate reimbursement of up to $500 after a doctor's visit or purchase of medication.
Use of a unitedhealthcare digital card for those staying in the USA, which allows receiving medical service free of charge all over the USA.
Please note that in order to benefit from the "Clal PAY" and "Clal EXPRESS" service, you must download the "Clal button" application from the app store

Filing a claim for a medical event

You must submit detailed medical documents including diagnosis, details of the treatment provided, payment receipts or bills and send together a kit for filing a claim.

Filing a claim for an event related to cargo

There are several options for filing a claim for cargo in the event of a delay in the arrival of cargo:

  • "Clal Express" service using the "Clal button" - in case of late arrival of the suitcase at the airport - you can receive an immediate payment of $170.
    Scan the airline confirmation and update the bank account details and the payment will be transferred directly to your account
  • In case of loss or theft of cargo, the police must informed of the incident within 24 hours, and a detailed confirmation received, including details of the lost/stolen items.
    If the incident occurred in the possession of various carriers (airlines/buses/ships/trains), they must be notified immediately of the occurrence of the incident and receive a detailed confirmation of this including the details of the lost/stolen items.
